In Person Training

This summer, Peak Performance Coaching & Training is offering in-person training designed to deliver structured, results-driven coaching in a hands-on environment. Each program is customized based on the client’s goals, experience level, and training background — whether the focus is strength development, weight loss, athletic performance, or overall health and fitness.

Training is offered as an 8-week summer coaching program running from June 1 through July 31, providing clients with the opportunity to stay consistent, accountable, and progressing throughout the summer months.

In-person training is offered in flexible session pack formats, allowing clients to schedule sessions around vacations, travel, and summer commitments. Clients may train individually, with a partner, or in a small group setting depending on preference and availability.

This structure provides the flexibility to train as frequently as desired each week while still following a structured program designed to produce measurable progress over the course of the summer coaching block.

Training Specialties

  • Athletic Performance Training

    Speed, agility, strength, and conditioning programs designed to improve sport performance for youth, high school, and collegiate athletes. Training focuses on explosiveness, movement mechanics, injury prevention, and sport-specific conditioning to help athletes perform at a higher level on the field or court.

  • Strength and Muscle Development

    Structured resistance training focused on building strength, lean muscle, and overall physical capacity through progressive programming and detailed technique coaching. Ideal for individuals looking to increase muscle mass, improve body composition, and develop long-term strength safely and effectively.

  • Weight Loss and Lifestyle Fitness

    Results-driven coaching centered around fat loss, conditioning, and sustainable lifestyle change. Programs combine strength training, conditioning, and accountability systems designed to help clients lose weight, improve energy levels, and build habits that last beyond the summer program.

  • General Population and Functional Fitness

    Training designed for all experience levels — from beginners and middle-aged adults to older populations — focused on improving strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. Sessions emphasize functional movement, injury prevention, and building confidence in a supportive coaching environment.

Prices

Summer In-Person Training is offered as a coaching program running from June 1 through July 31.

All training is purchased as session packs (8, 16, or 24 sessions) to allow for flexible scheduling around vacations, travel, and summer availability.

Clients may schedule sessions as frequently as they would like each week based on availability. There are no weekly training limits — session packs simply determine the total number of sessions used within the summer program window.

If a client uses all sessions before July 31, additional session packs may be repurchased to continue training through the remainder of the summer.

All sessions must be used between June 1 and July 31. Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the summer program and are non-refundable.

Payment may be made in full or split into two installments. Payment will not be collected until after the client’s initial free consultation.
