Private Coaching includes a personalized training program tailored to meet your personal fitness goals. This program will be updated on a weekly basis to keep up to date with current progress.

Weekly Check In Calls
Private Coaching includes a weekly check in call to go over training, nutrition, and life outside of training. These weekly meetings will reflect on how the training is going and how to improve performance going forward.

Nutritional Advice
Private Coaching includes nutritional advice on ways to improve the athlete’s diet for training and an overall better lifestyle. This can include suggestions on protein, carbohydrate, and fat intake as well as certain foods to include or cut back on in your diet. This is not a detailed meal plan, however, the option to add a meal plan to your coaching experience is available at an extra cost.

Direct Contact
Private Coaching includes direct contact with your coach throughout the week. Coaches will give out their preferred method of contact and be available to answer any questions that an athlete may have throughout the week.
Prices
Private Coaching can be purchased 3 or 6 months at a time. A 4-6 week one time Starter Program is also available. Payment will not be required until after the clients initial free consultation.
