Meet Our Trainers

Cy Barker

Cy is an undergraduate student at Oklahoma State University studying Applied Exercise Science. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Through his time at OSU, Cy has gained extensive hands-on coaching experience working with a wide range of populations—from younger athletes and college students to adults and older adults—as well as assisting with training support for Oklahoma State athletic teams. He has worked with clients and athletes across a variety of goals, including strength development, weight loss, performance enhancement, injury prevention, and overall health and wellness.

With over six years of experience in weightlifting and more than 12 years in running, Cy specializes in strength & conditioning, athletic performance development, body composition transformation, and hybrid training for both athletes and general population clients.

Lake Hargrove

Lake is an undergraduate student at Southwestern Oklahoma State University studying Kinesiology. He is an OCB Natural Bodybuilder and decorated competitor, earning awards for Best Posing, 1st Place in the Teen Division, 2nd Place in the Novice Division, and 3rd Place in the Amateur Division.

With over six years of experience in dieting and weightlifting, Lake has developed a solid foundation in resistance training, nutrition, and body composition programming. He also coaches wrestling and works closely with athletes to develop strength, conditioning, and sport-specific performance.

Lake specializes in weight training, nutrition guidance, bodybuilding preparation, posing, and performance-based training for both athletes and general population clients.
